Return Steps
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Customer Support.
- You will receive a prepaid return label. Print it and affix it securely to your package.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return the opened or unopened product to the address below within 30 days of receipt.
